Late Shri. Shankarraoji Genuji Kolhe Saheb
A visionary leader and one of the pioneers of the co-operative sector, Hon'ble Late Shri. Shankarraoji Genuji Kolhe Saheb established Sanjivani Rural Education Society in 1982-83 with the noble objective of bringing modern, technical, and skill-based education to the students of rural India. Under his vision, the Government of Maharashtra granted permission to start Sanjivani Sainiki School and Junior College on 1st August 2000.

I feel joyous to perceive the progress made by Sanjivani Sainiki School and Junior College over the last few decades. The seed of an idea was sown in 1983 by our Founder Chairman, Late Shri. Shankarraoji Kolhe Saheb, in the form of an engineering college — and now the institute has bloomed into a magnificent tree of knowledge and service.
The salient feature of our school is to enhance students' critical thinking ability and develop a sense for application of knowledge in everyday life. Our ultimate aim is to create awareness among students to join defence-related sectors and serve the nation with pride.
Sanjivani Sainiki School presents a happy blend of traditional and modern education where good habits are inculcated in students to occupy better positions in the competitive world. It makes me proud of our Alumni who hold responsible positions in defence-related sectors, social, political, and economic life.
